- My schedule NEVER closes! It is open 40 days out. Therefore a new day opens every day. My clients are also able to reschedule their own appointments which happens often and opens even more availability. Keep checking back for new openings.
- Saturday appointments are ONLY for established clients. Therefore, all new clients must book during the week.
- If you pay a deposit on multiple appointments and cancel any of the appointments, you will forfeit your deposit amount for the canceled service. The deposit will NOT be transferred to any other appointments that are scheduled
- IF YOU WOULD LIKE VIP SERVICE TO SCHEDULE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT/FIT IN There is a $100 fee in addition to your service upon booking* NON REFUNDABLE. Please text 828.381.6117 for availability! Highly requested & Very Limited availability.
- If you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your card will be charged for HALF of your service. If for any reason the card is declined you will be responsible for the amount PRIOR to booking any new appointments! If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW your card will be charged for 100% of the service and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments!
- Please make sure you enter a working telephone and email address. This is where appointment confirmation and changes are sent to. Ex.: If you book an appointment on a day that is completely open and it’s directly in the middle of my work day preventing others from booking, I will move your appointment slightly up or down to allow others to secure a spot. These changes will be sent to your email. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY NEW CHANGES!
- Please double check the service you book is the service you actually want. (ex: If you purchase a lace frontal but book a lace closure sew in we cannot guarantee the service, being that the time slots are different and may cause your appointment to run into the client following you.)
- If you are booking an appointment for someone else make sure to input the first and last name of whom will be receiving the service.
- Please be advised that our stylists take before and after photos for advertising purposes.
